Professional Property Management, a commercial and residential property management company located in Fargo, North Dakota, serves North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. In 1976, Jim Roers started Roers’ Construction company. Over a 30-year duration, he grew the general construction business, but with a changing market demand for design-build services, Jim began to focus on his development company, Roers’ Development, Inc. and providing additional building services to his clients. In 1998 Professional Property Management emerged to manage the real estate developed and held by RDI or sold to third party entities. PPM currently fee manages over 700,000 square feet of leasable real estate. In June of 2008 PPM moved into new offices located in the West 45th Business Center.
