Roers Property Management, a commercial and residential property management company located in Fargo, North Dakota, serves North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. In 1976, Jim Roers started Roers Construction company. Over a 30-year duration, he grew the general construction business, but with a changing market demand for design-build services, Jim began to focus on his development company, Roers Development and providing additional building services to his clients. In 1998 Professional Property Management emerged to manage the real estate developed and held by Roers and that owned by third parties. In June of 2008 PPM moved into new offices located in the West 45th Business Center. In 2010 Professional Property Management changed its name to Roers Property Management. RPM currently manages over 700,000 square feet of leasable real estate.
